Your solar assessment
We collect your name, Nigerian phone number, optional email address, property location, power needs, spending range, budget, payment and installation preferences, and optional roof details. We use these details to prepare your solar assessment and contact you through your chosen method, with your permission. This contact permission is separate from advertising consent.
Assessment information is stored privately with Lovable Cloud. SteadyGrid Energy and authorized service providers may process it to provide your assessment, quote and installation support. We do not sell your assessment information.
Meta advertising measurement
We use Meta Pixel 1023229842909222 on our assessment and confirmation pages to measure page visits and successful assessment submissions, and help Meta optimize advertising. When enabled, Meta Platforms receives, from your browser and from our server, page URLs, browser/device information, IP address, advertising cookie identifiers and the fact that an assessment was successfully submitted. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, assessment answers or hashed customer identifiers to Meta. Meta may associate advertising events with your Meta account and process them under its own privacy policy.
Where advertising consent is required, Meta remains blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask before enabling Meta. Elsewhere, ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject or an applicable browser opt-out signal is active. Global Privacy Control is honored. We do not replay submissions that occurred while advertising was blocked.
Your choices and records
Essential browser storage keeps your confirmation summary and advertising preference. Consent records include a random visitor reference, each accept/reject decision, its timestamp, region and the notice version and text explaining data, purpose and recipient. Later withdrawal is saved separately to preserve prior acceptance evidence. Cookie settings let you change or withdraw at any time, and changes apply immediately, including other open tabs. Previously shared data cannot be recalled by withdrawing.
Retention and your rights
We retain assessment details for as long as needed to respond to your request and support the customer relationship, and consent evidence as needed to demonstrate advertising choices and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact permission. Meta’s own retention rules apply to data it has received.
